For the cinnamon stars grate almonds and chocolate.
Prepare short pastry light and let the dough rest.
Blanch almonds, peel, cut in half.
Roll out the dough (2 – 3 mm thick), cut out stars (approx. 5 cm in diameter), brush with egg white and cover with almonds.The cinnamon stars in the preheated oven at 180 – 200 °C.
