1) Clean, rinse and, if necessary, remove the skin from the cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut cucumber into slices.
2) Peel vegetable onions and cut into thick slices. Remove the skin from the sausage and cut into thin slices,
3) Heat olive oil. Fry the sausage in it, remove. Fry onions in the frying fat until golden brown. Add cucumber and fry for about 10 minutes. Add meat sausage repeatedly.
4) Rinse dill, shake dry and chop finely. Extinguish sausage pan with whipping cream and milk, bring to boil. Add dill. Bind sauce. Rinse lemon, wipe dry and cut in half. Squeeze one half, cut one half into slices. Season everything with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve with bread or long grain rice.

Extra tip: To prevent the cucumber from watering too much, cut it in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a spoon.
